ABOUT THE ROLE At The Picklr, we are more than an indoor pickleball facility. We are a community hub where people connect, compete, and build relationships every day. As a Team Member, you create the first impression and the lasting experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This position blends customer service, hospitality, recreation, and light operations into one dynamic, hands-on role. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will greet members at the front desk, manage check-ins, answer phones, assist with scheduling leagues and lessons, provide tours, explain membership options, process payments, support retail sales, and maintain a clean, organized facility. This is an active role where you are constantly moving and interacting with guests. WHAT WE OFFER We offer competitive hourly pay of $17, plus commission opportunities on memberships, merchandise and retail sales. Team Members receive a complimentary membership after certain metrics are met, employee discounts on gear and apparel, and opportunities for advancement into Lead, Supervisor, or Management roles. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or sports is helpful but not required.
