Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Develop new and enhance existing business relationships to sell plastic sheet, rod, tube, fabrication services and value added services to industrial accounts within an assigned territory. Visit customer facilities, establish and grow relationships with customer personnel, secure opportunities to quote on customer requirements, and follow up on quotes to obtain orders. Meet annual sales goals by establishing quotas and targets with manager to contribute to company performance objectives. Schedule appointments and travel throughout assigned territory to fully support current customer base, while developing new prospective accounts and products. Create and present sales presentations to customers, using samples or catalogs, emphasizing salable features and benefits to create a favorable buying decision. Prepare price quotes and sales orders to be processed to expedite the sale and delivery of product to customers. Resolve account issues to meet customer's expectations and ensure that business is maintained. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, call activity, expenses, and target accounts to ensure effective territory administration and provide input to sales management for decision making. Communicate with team members to coordinate account information, customer requirements, and technical information. Utilize standardized workflow, ability to think strategically, execute effectively and deliver a high quality of work. Utilizes software such as SalesForce (CRM), Epicore (ERP), and Microsoft products to manage accounts and logistical information. Is this opportunity right for you? Bachelor's degree in a business related program and a minimum of two years related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and industrial sales experience.
