Emergency Property Damage Restoration Company is Looking for a Relationship Builder

If you're hungry for a change, are coachable, looking for a team atmosphere, and are ready to make some good money, we have an immediate opening for an outside sales rep.

Okay, so good money is relative but how does a target annual compensation of $110,000 to $225,000 sound? The sky is the limit, there is no cap! You sell more, you make more. Period.

If you've never made this type of money or never visualized yourself making this kind of money, then this is probably not the job for you. We are looking for experienced sales representatives that have excelled, enjoy competition, and appreciate being held accountable.

Rockstar producers from the P&C insurance and mortgage industries may have the drive and connections to excel in this position.

Essential Job Function- Close $2,000,000/year by doing the following:

  • Continual prospecting, closing, following-up on leads and referrals with influencers like insurance agents, property managers, plumbers and adjusters face to face.
    • Setting up and attending appointments to move your contacts through the sales process to a commitment (getting the phone to ring) to refer PuroClean when their customers need help; this is our close: get your prospects to refer us and our production team will crush it for you to get the 2nd referral.
      • Maintain long-term relationships with referral sources, developing them into raving fans, by following up on all sales activity through telephone, email, with an emphasis on in-personal contact

        Because we provide emergency services, most homeowners use our services because someone else recommends us-often their insurance agent, adjuster, property manager or plumber. As a Business Development Representative you'll be working directly with these powerful influencers, helping them understand the advantages PuroClean provides for them and their clients.

        Work Schedule:

        • Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some after-hours networking
