Job Description:

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire a full-time call center professional to join its team in our East Providence, RI office. As a Lead Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for providing leadership for a state-wide contact center which assists with the ACA and related state programs. Qualifications for the position include: Team player with excellent communication skills. Customer-focused with a passion for helping people. Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn. Maintain confidentiality of personal health information. Minimum two years' experience in call center operations and/or health and human services with customer contact required. Experience in health/human services and knowledge of RI Medicaid and ACA preferred. Previous management/supervisory experience preferred. Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus. Associate degree in social or behavioral services or equivalent training/experience required. On-site, in office position. Required to work closing shift and perform closing duties. Contact center current close time is 6pm.
