• Assisting the PM with projects start through completion up to $50M on time & within budget
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
• Upholding company image / professionalism
• Commuting to the office in Cranston, RIProfileThe right candidate has the following qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Project Management (or 3 years APM/2 years PM) experience with a General Contractor (required)
  • Commercial, Lifescience, or Academic project experience (required)
  • Ideally public/municipal work but open to other backgrounds (except residential)
  • Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
  • Computer skill & familiarity with construction softwares (including Newforma, Microsoft, Procore)Job OfferThe Jr Project Manager will receive:
