Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to internal customers by diagnosing,
troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging software and/or networked
systems
Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication,
detailed tracking, and adherence to service desk processes
Train and coach team members on technical best practices and assist
with process improvements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a technical support capacity
Expertise in general operating systems, desktop hardware, software,
modern browsers, and networking concepts
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple
projects, and prioritize based on objectives
Experience using a service desk ticketing/tracking system
2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent technical training
