Then you may be the perfect candidate to join our expanding Payments team.In this role, you will be in a highly visible position at the intersection of business, delivery, and operations responsible for creating detailed business operations requirements, analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for business. This role will support senior management, operations, and related services across IGTs portfolio that utilize cashless forms of payment. Youll be on a team that supports our customers payment program business needs including but not limited to Payment Provider, Funds, and Fraud management. The customer and product lines we support will include Sports, Gaming, and Lottery with both online and physical channels for our clients across the globe but with an initial focus on North America.What IGT will do for you:

    • Have a solid understanding of IGTs underlining products, services, and 3rd party integration workflows to escalate and liaison within IGT cross-functional departments and external payment service vendors to meet business requirements and sustain operations
    • Work with new and existing 3rd party payment providers to analyze new payment methods or features to provide management with assessment on the impact to our operations and related costs providing support and management recommendations for payment roadmap
    • Work with Payments Team stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for existing and new systems where business requirements will improve SLAs and provide KPIs, analytics, and related reporting for analysis on our back-end operations
    • Gather and ensure new and future product and 3rd party requirements are accurately analyzed, documented, developed, and implemented successfully
    • Support user acceptance QA
    • Have a passion for new metrics & reporting improvements that could better serve management
    • Enable effective decision making by analyzing multiple sources of data and manually compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
    • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
    • Support management with payments team collateral materials for Product, Sales, and/or Misc.Qualifications
      • Bachelors Degree in Business or related study
      • 5+ years experience in a similar role
      • Organized, independent, and proactive with a balanced temperament to be able to switch rapidly between different projects and competing priorities
      • Highly analytical thinker, a proactive problem solver, expected to present problems and solutions simultaneously
      • Ability to quickly build effective working relationships and influence cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization and with 3rd party vendors is a plus
      • Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel abilities
      • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and communicate trends and insights in a timely manner
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to identify and articulate results of the analysis in easy-to-understand business terms
      • Strong data manipulation reporting tool skills to be able to facilitate analytics and scenario modeling is a plusKeys to Success
