Please note that specific pay rates and project details will vary depending on the individual role that arises.We are seeking enthusiastic and talented design professionals at the Junior (Visual/Production) and Mid-Level (Digital Designer) stages (typically 2-7 years of experience). We are looking for individuals passionate about executing high-quality, customer-facing visual and digital content that drives retail engagement. If you have proven professional experience designing digital assets for a retail or e-commerce environment, a strong visual portfolio, and expert proficiency with design tools, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career.Hybrid Requirement: Candidates must be local to Woonsocket, RI or Boston, MA to reliably commute to a hub location 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities:The Digital Designer focuses on the hands-on creation and production of a high volume of digital and visual marketing assets. You will be instrumental in ensuring brand consistency and visual effectiveness across key consumer channels.Asset Production: Execute and adapt digital creative assets for various channels, including website banners, email campaigns, social media ads, and mobile app graphics.Brand Adherence: Diligently maintain and apply the corporate brand identity and style guidelines across all executed visual materials.Tool Expertise: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma daily to produce, manage, and prepare production-ready files for engineering and marketing partners.Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers, Copywriters, and Production Specialists to ensure design concepts are delivered accurately, on time, and meet the requirements of the marketing brief.Quality Control: Participate in design reviews to ensure visual consistency, technical accuracy, and adherence to production specifications before deployment.Prototyping (Mid-Level Focus): For Mid-Level candidates, assist in creating basic prototypes or interactive mockups to validate visual concepts with stakeholders.Qualifications:Experience Range: Typically 2-7 years of professional experience in a Digital Designer, Visual Designer, or Production Artist capacity.Retail/E-commerce Experience (MUST HAVE): Demonstrated professional experience designing digital or print assets specifically for a retail, e-commerce, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand.Design Portfolio: A strong, professional digital design portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft, clean file organization, and efficient design execution across various digital formats.Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) and practical experience working within Figma.Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.Highly Valued Skills:Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG).Prior experience working with a design system or large component library.Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS).
