Marketing - Dermatology Takeda PharmaceuticalCambridge, MAAbout the
role: Join Takeda as the Senior Director of HCP Marketing -
Dermatology, where you will be a champion of Takeda's culture and
values while leading the overall strategic direction and
performance management for a new product launch. You will
collaborate closely with cross functional teams and executive
leadership to develop and execute strategies that ensure maximum
success. In this role, you will report to the Vice President, U.S.
Dermatology Franchise and will lead the cross-functional brand
strategy. How you will contribute: Lead and create HCP marketing
capabilities for franchise which include leading launch strategy
development, go to market strategy, and tactical planning for new
product launch Oversee the creation and execution of the following:
Branded and unbranded personal promotions Branded and unbranded
non-personal promotions Brand planning and competitive workshops
Advocacy and professional organization relationships Salesforce
national meeting marketing execution Commercial medical insight
generation through physician interactions and ad boards Maintain
core brand message architecture and creative to be aligned to
brand's and franchise's strategic priorities Orchestrate brand plan
process by mobilizing all functional leads to create a
cross-functional situation analysis, strategic direction, and full
tactical build-up and budget Drive overall marketing direction that
corresponds to and takes advantage of key changes in the market,
competition, new data, treatment paradigm shifts, and market events
that require reaction Brand representative to Global Product Team
(GPT) Brand representative on label updates Support preparation for
key financial and budget timepoints throughout the year Partner
with Sales Leadership to gather local insights and feedback;
develop and adapt plans to support personal HCP promotion and
anticipate needs or communicate updates and changes Oversee
development and evolution of tactics and resources across all
available channels – personal, non-personal, congress Guide the
development of staff members in marketing expertise, organizational
awareness, exposure, and career development Manage high level
relationship with key creative agencies and yearly assessment for
any core agency needs for the HCP audience Represent brand-specific
commercial perspectives in organizational decision-making related
to Global Commercial Strategy, GPT, life cycle development, and
clinical development programs. Manage significant opex spend budget
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Required: Bachelor's degree 12
years of commercial pharma experience, including significant HCP
marketing experience with 5 years in leadership level positions
with increasing responsibilities Demonstrated ability to manage a
team, positively influence coworkers toward common goals, foster
collaboration, and enable teamwork Extensive experience in both
marketing strategy and marketing execution Proven track record in
marketing innovation Ability to understand and leverage analytics
to drive decision making Strategic Planning and Implementation –
Ability to develop an overall marketing strategy and oversee the
implementation of the strategy People Development – Ability to
assess strengths and development areas of staff members and provide
suggestions for development Management – Ability to set priorities,
develop workflow processes, and direct staff Communication –
Ability to communicate ideas and data, both verbally and written,
in a persuasive and appropriate manner Budgeting – Ability to
create and maintain an accurate budget for department expenses
Desired : MBA Commercial pharma experience in Psoriasis, including
an in-depth understanding of the disease state, treatment
paradigms, and future trends New product launch experience
Marketing techniques – comprehensive understanding of
pharmaceutical marketing methods, tools and concepts. (e.g. market
research, advertising, public relations, media placement, etc.)
Specialty pharma – experience working with specialty therapies, buy

understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the

practices. For Location: USA - MA - Cambridge U.S. Base Salary
Range: $208,200.00 - $327,140.00 The estimated salary range
reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base
salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the
qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years
of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of
education attained, certifications or other professional licenses
held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from
which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be
eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based
employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision
insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and
long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition
