A company is looking for a Lead User Experience Designer.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and mentor a small team of designers while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Set a high bar for design excellence through hands-on contributions and guiding the team to produce exceptional outcomes
Immerse the organization in a robust end-to-end design process and advocate for design-centric thinking

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of design experience with design leadership roles at early-stage companies or proven expertise at a design-forward mid-stage startup
Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence across all levels of the organization
Experience thriving in high growth or early-stage startup environments
