Job Description:

A company is looking for an Environmental Underwriter Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as point of contact for agents/brokers, answering questions and resolving low complexity issues
Gather information on behalf of underwriters and facilitate overall serving of accounts
Ensure accuracy of information inputted into systems and maintain a suspense and follow-up system

Required Qualifications:

Experience in underwriting support or similar role
Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and team members
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of insurance industry and compliance standards
