Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Implementation Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and report for Workday HCM and its associated modules
Build relationships with stakeholders to advance Workday adoption and ease of use
Translate business requirements into system requirements and provide end-user troubleshooting and issue remediation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, information systems or related field
2 years' HCM or HRIS experience
General understanding of human resources, benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders
Experience translating business requirements into system requirements
