Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist: Input high volume of invoices into Financial SystemDeposits and records payment receiptsPreparing and distributing invoices to facilitiesAccounting related responsibilities to include, but not limited to, preparing & posting journal entries, completing various account reconciliations, month end closeManage customer inquiries in a courteous and timely mannerFacilitates collections process of outstanding paymentsSpecial Projects as necessaryRegular and reliable attendanceEnforces established policies and procedures for accounts receivable function.Performs other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist: Associates degree preferred 3-5 years of prior high volume AR experience required. Knowledge of AR principles and practices; basic bookkeeping and accounting procedures including cash receipts, posting journal entries and general ledger reconciliation.Other Qualifications: Previous multi-currency experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
