This is a full-time temporary to permanent position. Benefits include: Subsidized health and dental, company matching 401k, paid holidays, vacation, and quarterly performance bonus after waiting period Responsibilities:-Support Toolmakers and Production Departments -Build and repair tools, dies, and components -Design, build and service fixtures for secondary operations-Build custom gaging for production -Service wearable machine components to support production-Maintain clean tooling and store appropriately-Set- up and operate all manual toolroom equipment-Conduct Preventative Maintenance tasks and perform insert changeovers on family tools/molds-Build standard machine components -Follow design specifications, drawings, part prints, etc. And complete all work to close tolerances -Record, document, and file all work performed on job-specific tooling-Adhere to Fielding Manufacturing s ISO 9001 systems to achieve quality standards and promote operational excellenceRequirements:-Associate s Degree or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School and/or Journeyman s Certificate-1 years previous experience and/or training in related field-Team-player and goal oriented-Self-starter-Strong attention to detail-Good organizational and time management skills-Above-average mechanical aptitude
