Spring Internships: Monday, January 9, 2023
20/hours per week max (flexible around your class schedule)

SUMMARY
This role will work closely with the Research Operations lead and aid in the Research Team's mission of driving and enabling a culture of user-centered problem solving to fuel Workiva's business and deliver value to customers. At its core, this role is about collaborating with UX Researchers, UX Designers, and Product Managers to help enable better and more efficient research.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with UX researchers, UX designers, and product managers to understand research needs and identify participant requirements
Handle screening, scheduling, communications and coordination between the research team and the research participants.
Foster relationships between customers and team members to build an enthusiastic and growing pool of candidates for research
Manage participant incentives, research repository, and team Wiki.
Support the sourcing of new research tools and the management of current tools such as Userzoom, Qualtrics, Gainsight and Salesforce.

Collaborate with legal and UX team members to ensure the protection of our customers' data.

Assist and collaborate with other Product Operations and Design Operations team members on internal processes.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus
Understanding of Design Thinking and product lifecycle is a plus

Skilled in one or more relevant user research methods is a plus

Experience in customer facing or administrative roles is a plus
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates strong teamwork orientation

Strong interpersonal skills

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner
Ability to multitask and simultaneously manage multiple projects

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES AND NOT REQUIRE SPONSORSHIP NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.
