We are looking for a Service Coordinator to communicate directly with our customers to help resolve service issues including, but not limited to:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Answering incoming calls.
--- Schedule technicians service trips with customers.
--- Maintain all Service Technician's daily schedules.
--- Keep customers appraised to scheduled work & changes.
--- Create service work orders for all service/repair calls.
--- Billing.
--- Monitor Service Technicians day-to-day schedule progress.
--- Regularly review work backlog with Owner and Service Manager.
--- Update & maintain all work order files.
--- Maintain Service Technician's evening & weekend on-call schedules.
--- Clear & concise communications with Management, co-workers, and customers a must.
Required Skills and Abilities:
--- Minimum of two (2) years related customer service, alarm scheduler experience preferred.
--- Excellent oral & written communication skills
--- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
--- Strong attention to detail
--- Ability prioritize and manage time effectively
--- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
--- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Compass and AlarmNet 360 preferred
--- Ability to work self-sufficiently with little direct supervision
--- Experience with QuickBooks beneficial but not required
--- A positive, team attitude
--- Ability to meet Rhode Island state licensing requirements. (B.C.I. Background Check)
--- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
