Job Description:
HW Staffing is seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English)
recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in human
resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees including orientations
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and document
Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other
related fields
MS Office
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Maintain a professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to speak, read and write English and Spanish
