And that---s where you come in. _Ready for the next step on your career journey?_ West Monroe is currently in search of high-performance undergraduate sophomore-level students interested in learning and exploring opportunities in consulting. Journey is our interactive leadership program held in Summer 2021. This program provides participants with an interactive agenda that will allow them to delve deeper into the world of consulting and gives a preview of what a summer internship at West Monroe could look like. Highlights of Journey include: - Interactive workshops to understand your leadership style and build new skills - Networking with students from around the country and working in small groups to tackle problems like a consultant - Opportunity to interact with West Monroe employees, from entry-level consultants to senior leaders - Better understanding if a career in consulting is right for you Dates for Journey will be determined early next year but it is typically held in May and June at different West Monroe offices. The program is 2 days long and will be held Thursday-Friday. We will confirm your preferences and availability during the interview process. _Here---s what you need to bring to the table:_ - Strong entrepreneurial spirit - Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills - Bachelor---s degree in process; current sophomore (second-year) standing - Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation _Ready to get started?
