Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and processing of membrane products. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Operator Location: Bedford, MA Pay Range: $20 Shift: 1st - 6:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday What's the Job? Operate assembly equipment and second operation machines to produce membrane products. Verify product quality visually and take corrective actions when necessary. Ensure all products are packaged according to specifications and complete required documentation accurately. Perform setup, adjustments, and inspections using metrology equipment and computer systems like SAP. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety procedures and wearing required PPE. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures. Good attention to detail and basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for long periods. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. What's in it for me?
