Job Description Job Description Our client, a leading cosmetics
manufacturer, is seeking flexible Production Leads to join their
team. As a Production Lead , you will be part of the Production
department supporting and supervising their packaging operations.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, be able to lift 50-60
pounds without assistance, have good communication skills and be
reliable and flexible, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Functions: Responsible for small sub area of
distribution in terms of employee training, daily output, inventory
accuracy, and order quality to meet daily shipping targets across
all retailer orders and stock transfer orders. Job title:
Production Lead Location: Bristol, Pennsylvania Shift : 2nd -
Monday to Friday 4PM-12:30AM Pay : $22/hr Responsibilities: (tasks
listed below may vary depending upon assigned location) Assign
employees to workstations Ensure team members are able to hit
productivity goals, escalate to supervisor if needed Prioritize and
delegate workload based on daily pickup times Train new employees
on safety procedures and departmental work instructions Inspect and
audit orders or finished goods for accuracy, content and
specifications utilizing systems where appropriate. Provides a
quality standard for order handlers or material handlers to use as
a guideline for product quality. Troubleshoot and resolves
inventory discrepancies, escalating to supervisor as needed Lead
investigations of issues affecting KPIs Assist supervisor with
random audits. Documents results. Verify processes are being
followed to drive Zero Defect. Evaluate process/product through
required inspections to ensure conformity to standardized process
specifications and quality standards. Participate in
non-conformance investigations. Documents results. Assists
supervisor in Root Cause analysis of Quality/Accuracy issues and
recommends corrective action. May assist with any recommended
re-training. Performs a variety of clerical functions including
record keeping, reporting and daily performance recaps to
management. Input’s information into computer system. Follows all
safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP’s). Performs various
other duties as assigned Qualifications : Minimum of 1 year
supervisory experience High school diploma or equivalent or related
experience. Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of
English, reading and writing. Basic knowledge of arithmetic.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to drive KPIs
Demonstrated leadership skills in team building, safety and quality
For Distribution, a minimum of one-year Distribution or Quality
coordinator experience preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must demonstrate leadership ability. Ability to navigate in
computer systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet & Intranet.
Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends from
the date range of 11/9/25-12/19/25. Will require a criminal
background check. Equipment Used Calculator, personal computer and
quality manufacturing equipment Additional Job Specifications: Must
