Our client in Rhode Island is seeking a Strategic Artificial Intelligence Consultant with experience in Artificial Intelligence assessments and transformations within Higher Education. The Strategic Artificial Intelligence Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to: Assessing the current environment, presenting findings, and offering recommendations, which may include developing Use Cases and Proofs of Concept with the long term goal of standing up an Enterprise wide Center of Excellence; experience executing successful Artificial Intelligence programs from the ground up to include implementing policies, SOPs, licensing, and Security protocols; and experience leveraging AI for Analytics, Productivity, and Academia. To be considered, you must have: Previous experience assessing and developing a formal Enterprise wide Artificial Intelligence Program in Higher Education, preferably an accredited University Experience implementing policies, SOPs, licensing, and Security protocols for newly created AI Programs Professional experience and examples of results from developing and implementing AI Use Cases, PoCs, and an Enterprise CoE focused on AI, automation, continuous improvement, and enhanced data analytics / KPIs Proven ability to collaborate across an organization as well as with both internal and external parties Solid organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and execute effectively Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Willing and able to be onsite for / around project kickoff as well as periodic onsite visits quarterly
