2026 Canon Insights Summer Internship Canon, U. S. A., Inc. is
currently hiring for our 2026 Canon Insights Internship Program.
The program will be held from Monday, June 1, 2026 - Wednesday,
August 5, 2026. Canon is an innovative global digital imaging
leader that uses technology to dissolve the barriers we face in the
connections we build, the experiences we create, and even the lives
we live. We are looking for passionate and experienced students to
join the Canon USA team. This is a paid summer internship 10-week
robust experience based in our Melville, New York Headquarters.
What You’ll Do: You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on work
experience by participating in significant work projects that help
you learn, develop business skills, and provide a meaningful
contribution to Canon's business and goals. You will be exposed to
world-class teams and our business, marketing, and strategy
initiatives through training, meetings, presentations, and other
planned activities. You’ll gain marketable skills and knowledge
that you’ll need in transitioning into the workforce. You’ll come
to the office 3 days a week and 2 days with the option to work from
home (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office
attendance on other days). This position offers a hybrid work
schedule on full-time (9 AM – 5 PM) schedule based on a 35-hour
work week. Note that work schedules and office reporting
requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

The 2026 Canon Insights Summer Internship – Logistics Intern will
have the opportunity to gain handson experience across the Supply
Chain environment throughout the 10-week program, the intern will
contribute through a series of core department projects including:
Vendor Compliance Chargeback: Review/analysis/disputing, and
reporting for major national retail accounts. Leverage analytical
skills to identify trends and root causes. Perform data entry and
analysis using Google Sheets. Create PowerPoint slides summarizing
findings and highlighting opportunities to prevent future
chargebacks. Provide feedback and recommendations based on
completed reviews. Supply Chain Projects supporting the U.S.
network : Drive efficiencies across Distribution Centers and
enhance customer experience. Participate in ongoing 2026
initiatives as timelines are finalized. Support project wrapups and
assist with the launch of new projects throughout the year. Supply
Chain Environment Support: Assisting with group inbox management.
Provide support internally within the company, while learning how
various Subdivisions work as one. About You: The Skills & Expertise
You Bring An enrolled undergraduate student who is currently a
junior and entering their senior year as of Summer 2026, pursuing a
Bachelor’s degree aligned with the department of interest. A strong
communicator—both written and verbal—with advanced proficiency in
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat, Calendar and Drive).
Brings the ability to thrive as a collaborative team player while
also working independently with confidence and enthusiasm.
Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations Management majors preferred,
with experience or coursework focused on U.S. Domestic Operations.
Expertise in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and reporting. Knowledge
of Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and
problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment. Detailoriented with strong
timemanagement skills. We are providing the anticipated rate for
