MV Transportation, Inc., a leader in providing diverse transportation solutions across North America, is seeking a Training Manager to oversee the comprehensive development and execution of training programs for various transportation services. The Training Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our workforce's capabilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and striving for excellence in service delivery. This role caters to professionals passionate about education and ensuring that our drivers and staff meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency in public transport services. Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of transportation professionals within MV Transportation. Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results. Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers. Administer and track compliance with mandatory training for all staff. Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills for all department trainers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). Strong communication and organizational skills. Adept at handling multiple tasks and prioritizing. Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills. Experience in designing and implementing curriculum and training programs. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) desirable. Certification in instructional design, educational technology, or equivalent is beneficial.
