General Manager – Cold Spring Resort - Ashland, NH Lead.

Manager (GM) to lead Cold Spring Resort in Ashland, NH. This is a
high-impact role for a strategic, hands-on leader who loves
hospitality, embraces challenges, and takes pride in delivering
excellence. As the GM, you’ll be the driving force behind the
property’s success—shaping guest satisfaction, owner engagement,
operational efficiency, and financial performance. You’ll lead a
talented team, partner with Vacatia’s corporate experts, and work
closely with the HOA Board to achieve long-term strategic goals.
What You’ll Do Lead all resort departments and cultivate a
service-focused team culture. Ensure smooth daily operations, high
service satisfaction, and strong review scores. Manage budgets,
financial performance, and support capital projects. Partner with
sales and marketing to drive timeshare sales and owner engagement.
Maintain compliance, safety, and risk management standards. Build
strong relationships with owners and the HOA Board, ensuring clear
communication and community engagement. Requirements What We’re
Looking For 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality,
property management, or timeshare operations. Strong financial
acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts. Proven
ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams. Excellent
communication skills and ability to build relationships with
guests, owners, staff, and boards. Knowledge of hospitality
standards, timeshare operations, and compliance regulations. Why
