As a driver for Performance Foodservice, you will contribute to our promise of delivering excellence and enjoy the satisfaction of playing a direct role in our customers’ success. Safe operation of a commercial vehicle to deliver goods to customers. Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicles to ensure safety compliance. Load, handle, and unload food products securely and in accordance with all company and legal protocols. Accurately complete paperwork and daily logs via our electronic systems. Interact professionally with customers and the public while making deliveries. Adhere to all local, state, and federal vehicular regulations while driving. Strong time management and customer service skills. Ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely and effectively. Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Physical ability to handle and transport large deliveries. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Must have a clean driving record.
