Avvio is looking for a Prep Cook to join the team.Our approachable, yet traditional menu features classic Italian dishes, Neapolitan pizzas, and wood-fire grilled entrees that use ingredients sourced locally and directly from Italy. Located in the heart of Garden City Center, this restaurant is a favorite among the locals! Avvio is proud to be part of the Newport Restaurant Group!About the POSITION: In the Prep Cook role, you will be performing various food preparation, cooking and cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen remains efficient in creating and delivering dishes for customers. Early mornings and weekends are a must.About YOU: You are passionate about food. You have a strong sense of urgency, great organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
