Family Nurse Practitioner FNP
Federally Qualified Community Health Center is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner at a growing, multi-service, multi-site Family Medicine Practice that has integrated behavioral health care along with many family med. The FNP Nurse Practitioner is an integral member of the health care team consisting of Physicians, nurses, medical assistant, social worker and patient navigator and nurse care manager - the patient centered medical home approach to care supports the patient through all aspects of their care.--
Experience in and desire to work with under served communities--
Candidates must be licensed in Rhode Island (or eligible),-- BC FNP
