Job Description Job Type: Full-time / Part-time. Shifts: Days - Mon-Fri (8 AM - 5 PM). Healthcare setting: Medical Clinic (Outpatient). Summary: The Facility is located in Littleton, NH. Facility is looking for the candidates who can - Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients' medical histories - Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, blood work, and other laboratory tests. - Provide guidance and education to patients regarding preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Experience/License/Certification: - Medical degree from an accredited medical school. - Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a focus on primary care. - At least 2 years of experience is needed. - Active state medical license and DEA registration in state of NH. - Excellent clinical skills with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.
