Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours! What You'll Do: Role is primarily focused on monitoring residents, documenting situations and transfers to the ER when necessary. This position does not include work in a skilled care environment, ideal for those seeking a slower paced environment. Serve as a supportive companion, promoting the well-being and safety of residents. Assist with limited medication administration and conduct resident assessments. Act as a liaison with families, maintaining communication and care coordination.
