Practical Nurse) Location: Lebanon, NH 03766 Duration: 15 Weeks
(High possibility of extension) Schedule: 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
(EST) Compensation: $45 – $50 per hour Job Summary: A reputable
healthcare facility in Lebanon, NH is seeking a dedicated Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 15-week contract assignment with strong
extension potential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
adaptability, accountability, and a strong commitment to delivering
high-quality patient-centered care in a hospital setting. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision
of an RN or physician. Monitor patient conditions and report
changes promptly. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient
comfort. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and clinical environments.
Support patients and caregivers with compassion and
professionalism. Required Education: High School Diploma or
equivalent. Completion of an accredited LPN Program. Required
Certifications & Licensure: Active New Hampshire LPN License. AHA
BLS Certification. Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent
hospital experience. Must be comfortable traveling and/or
