Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - 2 years Inpatient PT experience - Traveler's perm address must be included in profile - Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need - Any/All RTO must be included in profile - Cover page, Work History, 1 Reference (Supervisory Signed from within the past two years of employment) required - New Hampshire RN License or Compact must be uploaded with profile - Active American Heart Association BLS required Assignment Details - Facility Type: Hospital - Shift: Days - Shift Details: Monday-Friday, flexibility needed (typically 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) - 40 hrs/week - Weekend Requirement: None - Non-billable Orientation: 0 hrs Location Highlights New London, NH offers a range of recreational and cultural attractions.
