Occupational Therapist Location: Newton Center, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,613 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/8/2026 About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Home Health Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 1 year minimum License: Registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts Certifications: Certified home care Occupational Therapist Must-Have: - Two years of experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare as an Occupational Therapist - Ability to work with various computer software - Knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred - Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations - Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills - Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations - Travel required within the geographic area Description: Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their place of residence. Patients may have impairments, cognitive and/or physical, resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other causes. The age range of patients may span from birth to over 100 years. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs. Coordinate services to meet those needs effectively.
