Physical Therapist Location: Newton Center, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,733 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/8/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Home Health Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapist Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 1 year License: Physical Therapist Professional license in Massachusetts Certifications: None specified Must-Have: 1 Year Home Care experience required Description: Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 years. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services to meet those needs. Utilize thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
