Shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night Shifts Available

Job Description:
We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in Concord, NH and other surrounding locations across New Hampshire. This opportunity offers flexible shift options and a chance to work in Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehab, or Nursing Home settings.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with nursing standards and regulations.


Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the RN or physician.


Maintain accurate and timely documentation.



Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire or compact state.


Prior experience in LTC, Rehab, or Nursing Home settings strongly preferred.


Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.


Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
