Job Description:

Acts as a product and process manager for demand management and fulfillment processes and their transition to next generation platforms, including Workday and Fieldglass.

Primary Responsibilities:

Independently leads the global services demand management process and ensures Operational Workforce Planning (OWP) adheres to global services policies and guardrails.
Ensures business leaders and finance and human resources departments are executing against workforce plans, using reports to drive accountability.
Oversees the demand utilization across business units and functions (Technology, Operations, Analytics, and Shared Services) to ensure adherence to global services workforce planning policies and guardrails.
Responsible for consistency in reporting for headcount, requisitions, and workforce planning and budgets, for workforce planning, finance, and human resources departments.
Manages the overall engagement with key workforce planning stakeholders.
Leads the design and delivery of global services demand management related communications, trainings, and education sessions.
Acts as a change agent to promote the adoption of headcount reports.
Works with business units to implement training and education sessions for global services processes and reports.
Acts as the lead relationship manager for the global services workforce plan and headcount demand.
Leads strategy insights for global services workforce plans and demand management, using data analytics and Tableau visualization.
Performs root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Provides mentorship and development.
Guides, mentors, and develops junior program management team members.
Acts as project manager for process technology and reporting deliverables.
Performs end-to-end project management of global services workforce demand management escalation process.
Leads monthly demand management calls.
Maximizes capacity utilization through end-to-end oversight of the lifecycle of a demand escalation requests.
Builds and maintains related reporting and metrics for senior executives.
Synthesizes a broad range of information into actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Acts as the end-to-end process owner for the global services demand management process.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience performing business analysis and developing business strategies within a Workforce planning domain, using HP Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Center (Demand Management Module).

Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience performing business analysis and developing business strategies within a Workforce planning domain, using HP Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Center (Demand Management Module).

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") performing data analytics and visualization -- performing issue/trend identification and root cause analysis for senior executives and implementing Workforce planning solutions -- using Tableau; designing and executing Tableau analytics -- connecting diverse data sources using data joins and blends, organizing data using clustering, groups, static and dynamic sets, and creating advanced Tableau calculations, using Nested Level of Detail (LOD) expressions; and creating automated dashboards for senior executive consumption, using Tableau Data Visualization Tool.
DE providing workforce demand management and fulfillment processes in a global services environment, using Workday platform and SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (Service Procurement Module); product managing demand management workflows, using HP Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Center (Demand Management Module); and leading a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrix team structure, across multiple business divisions and functions including finance, human resources, real estate and project management office (PMO) in a financial services industry.
DE performing outsourcing and global offshore industry analysis -- business and delivery model, resource allocation, establishing workforce mix (contingent versus regular resources), destination scoping, industry trend (driver and indicator), and competitor/vendor capability -- within a U.S. and offshore model.
DE leading change management -- Workforce plan adherence and demand management through scoping (force-field and RACI analysis and culture mapping), capacity management, change management (negotiation, communication, and coaching), and measure change adoption (implement, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators).
