Job Description:
Coordinates complex SharePoint administration activities across
the enterprise. Primary Responsibilities: Serves as technical consultant and spokesperson on SharePoint
projects. Monitors, maintains, and updates SharePoint environments and
associated infrastructure. Creates and implements Shell and SQL scripts effectively in
relation to automation of system and administration tasks. Serves as an on-call resource in support of the organization's
service model. Documents management platform support that meets or exceeds
service level commitments. Applies systems administration methodologies, best practices,
and trends. Collaborates with partners to achieve business objectives. Analyzes issues and opportunities to improve group solutions and
services. Develops Microsoft SharePoint applications and administers
SharePoint Online. Performs SharePoint upgrades and migrations. Plans, coordinates, and implements network security measures to
protect data, software, and hardware. Designs, configures, and tests computer hardware, networks
software, and operates system software. Maintains and administers computer networks and related
computing environments including computer hard hardware, systems software, applications software, and all
configurations. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics,
Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience
implementing and maintaining a SharePoint records management platform for compliance with Security Exchange
Commission (SEC) Rule 17a-4. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of
experience implementing and maintaining a SharePoint records management platform for compliance with Security Exchange
Commission (SEC) Rule 17a-4. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) developing and supporting SharePoint
based record management solutions in compliance with SEC Rule 17 a-4 retention requirements for
official document repositories and C-level executives, using SharePoint, StoragePoint, PowerShell, and Elastic Cloud
Storage for WORM storage. DE performing periodic audit and control remediation of the
multiple record management platforms to ensure compliance with required controls -- Soc 1, SEC Rule 17 a-4(f),
access appropriate to the role, and least privilege. DE implementing and supporting highly customized inter/intranet
portals that services employees and external business partners, using SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint
Online. DE building and moderating internal online communities of
