Job Description:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for reducing friction in the sales process by streamlining & simplifying B2B operations and customer service. Through the implementation of stronger process, reporting and execution this role will ensure best in class execution and support to our customers.-- FUNDAMENTAL FUNCTIONS:--Including, but not limited to, Streamline & Simplify B2B operations by implementing stronger process, reporting and execution.Create short and long-term business strategies that aim to maximize the potential of our pipelineManage day to day relationship with Rep Groups, Sales Reps and independent and boutique accounts providing best in class customer service while upholding our brand strategyMaximize respective Sales Team to ensure wholesale KPIs and core objectives (i.e. new store openings) are met or exceed.merchandising, marketing materials that will grow and strengthen their brand supportProvide training, counseling, coaching, and mentoring to team membersHelp optimize distribution footprint within all regions; managing an accurate pipeline of prospective business-to-business opportunities.Help prepare and manage regional sales budgets and forecasts.Continuously monitor results at the store, territory, regional, and national level; maintaining accurate, organized information, reports and data. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES: Bachelor's degree in business, or similar field OR, a minimum 5 years equivalent professional experience in the Retail or Wholesale IndustryMicrosoft Office proficiency; particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.Significant planning capabilitiesA participative manager who understands the importance of getting their team involved and motivated; seeking their input for potential opportunities in current policies, programs and services.Solid understanding of operations, customer service, and planningExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA problem solver who is proactively involved in addressing daily challenges and implementing corrective action plans.Excellent time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.A positive individual who only seeks win/win solutions. WORKING CONDITIONS: ------------Must be able to stand on feet for lengthy period of time
