Digital R&D Change Management Lead to drive organization-wide
change capabilities and ensure the successful adoption of strategic
transformations across R&D and Digital R&D. - This role
will be responsible for managing change, fostering stakeholder
engagement, and delivering clear, impactful communications to
ensure seamless integration of new digital products, technologies
and processes. The lead will collaborate with cross-functional
teams to align R&D objectives with organizational goals,
minimize resistance, and maximize employee buy-in. -The ideal

teams, and R&D change champions to design and implement change

Responsibilities:Change Management
- Collaborate with the -Change Management Center of Excellence
(CoE), drive standardized change frameworks, methodologies, and
toolkits across the Digital R&D Organization
- Assess organizational readiness, identify risks, and create
mitigation plans
- Implement an -organizational change management strategy,
ensuring alignment with key business and digital transformation
initiatives
- Partner with Digital R&D teams, and enterprise-wide
transformation teams to -embed change management principles into
strategic programs and ways of working
- Lead -change impact assessments, adoption strategies, and
stakeholder engagement plans -for major initiatives, ensuring
smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes.Building Change
Capabilities & Networks
- Develop and sustain a -global network of Digital and R&D
Change Champions and Catalysts, equipping them with the necessary
tools, training, and resources to drive localized change
- Design and implement -change capability-building programs,
including leadership training, coaching, and toolkits to enhance
organizational change maturity
- Integrate -agile change management practices -to enhance
adaptability and responsiveness in a fast-paced, digital-driven
environment
- Facilitate -workshops, forums, and leadership sessions -to
foster a culture of continuous transformation and
resilienceCommunications
- Design and deliver clear, tailored communication plans to
articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of Digital R&D
initiatives, including messaging frameworks, storytelling
approaches, and engagement campaigns to build awareness and
excitement around change
- Craft clear, compelling narratives to articulate the impact of
Digital R&D initiatives on innovation, patient outcomes,
business value etc.
- Create engaging content, e.g. presentations, town halls,
newsletters, videos, intranet updates, for diverse audiences
including scientists, engineers, leadership
- Manage feedback channels to address concerns and maintain open
dialogue with stakeholders -Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationship with R&D stakeholders, digital
teams, functional partners and other stakeholders to align on
priorities and expectations
- Advocate user-centric approaches, ensuring digital solutions
meet R&D needs
- Influence and motivate teams to embrace change through
compelling storytelling and data-driven insightsMeasuring &
Sustaining Change
- Define and track -change adoption metrics, employee sentiment,
and impact assessments -to ensure continuous improvement
- Implement feedback loops and best practices to -refine change
management strategies and improve future transformations
- Champion a -culture of continuous learning and adaptability,
ensuring that change capabilities evolve in response to business
needs -About YouQualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in communications, business
organizational development, or related field. Master's degree
preferred
- 5+ years of experience -in change management, organizational
transformation, or enterprise change leadership within Pharma,
Biotech, R&D, or related industries
- Expertise in -enterprise-wide change programs, digital adoption
strategies, and agile transformation methodologies
- Proven ability to -influence and engage senior leaders,
cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders -in a matrixed
organization
- Strong experience in designing and delivering -change
capability-building programs, training, and toolkits
- Excellent -communication, facilitation, and strategic
storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex change
initiatives for broad audiences
- Familiarity with -PROSCI, ADKAR, Agile Change Management, or
similar methodologies -is a plus
- Ability to be present in Sanofi offices compliant with
policies, currently 3 days per week on average
- Ability to travel up to 25% overall to Sanofi headquarters and
major R&D centers globally.
