Job Description:

A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage retention campaigns through various channels including email, loyalty program, and review collection
Build and execute innovative email initiatives for different audience segments
Lead the strategic vision and execution of the loyalty program

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing retention and CRM programs for a B2C business
Experience with complex marketing automation and CRM systems
Deep expertise in email execution and understanding of customer segmentation
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Passion for data-driven marketing and improving customer retention strategies
