Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable & Compliance
Manager who will be responsible for managing the accounts payable
department, ensuring compliance, and overseeing financial
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain tax compliance and liaise with outside tax experts
Manage vendor payments, invoice matching, and payment
processing
Design and implement a new PO system and NetSuite ERP
implementation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting or a related field
2-5 years of payroll Compliance experience
2-5 years of sales & use tax/excise tax Compliance experience
5+ years of experience in accounts payable management
Experience with AP software, ideally NetSuite
