Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee project planning and execution
Develop project plans and budgets
Coach founders on best practices for project management and execution

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field
10+ years experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industry
5+ years in a project/program/portfolio management or project leadership role
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional drug discovery and early development project teams
Deep knowledge of early research projects and processes
