Job Description:
A company is looking for a SMB Customer Success Manager,
responsible for managing customer relationships, driving expansion,
and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound queues from portfolio customers and provide timely
responses
Create ongoing plans for achievement by understanding client
requirements and marketing strategies
Lead customer engagements, including strategy sessions and
training, to provide ongoing value
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience
Experience in an SMB function at a SaaS company
Proven track record as an SMB CSM, managing over 70+ customers with
high retention and CSAT scores
Industry experience in mobile, data-driven marketing, and SaaS
solutions
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced
environment
