Job Description:

A company is looking for an Small Business Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Work as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they fully realize the business value of the company's platform
Lead multiple customer sales cycles, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Manage the customer renewal process, meet revenue targets, and deliver executive-level partnership reviews

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience leading SMB or Commercial/Mid-Market customers
Proven track record of achieving revenue and renewal targets
Ability to articulate business value, strategically plan with customers, and manage customer opportunities and risks
Experience prospecting into senior leaders or C-Suite
Strong executive presence and business acumen
