Commissioned Account ManagerIf you're driven to exceed sales goals, the Commissioned Account Manager job at PuroClean could be for you.
For an experienced and motivated sales professional, the annual compensation is $110,000 and $225,000! We are looking for an experienced sales representative that excels, competes, and appreciates accountability and competition. Sales experts from the P&C insurance and mortgage industries who have the drive and connections can easily excel in this position. This is an outside sales position and you will be expected to network, visit prospect offices, and travel around the state.

If you're hungry, willing to put in the effort, and want control over your income this is for you.

  • Prospecting - we provide all the leads. You'll meet with influencers like insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and adjusters face to face. Your job is to connect with them and build a relationship.
  • Appointment Setting - Setting up and attending appointments to move your prospects through our proven sales process, is a primary responsibility. Get your prospects to refer us and our production team will crush it for you to close the deal.
  • Follow our sales process - we know what works and you must follow it to get results. If you're a trailblazer, and want to do it your way, this may not be for you.
  • Maintain long-term relationships - You'll nurture the relationship with prospects, develop them into raving fans, and follow up on all sales activity through telephone, email, in-person meetings. We must be top of mind for all our prospects.

    Work Schedule:
    • Typically Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some after-hours networking
