Digital Product Manager (Remote Position)Heres your chance to

work with our teams across federal, state, and local government
client accounts. If you are a strategist who is passionate about

love to talk to you. In this role you will set product strategy,
prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product
schedules with design and engineering teams.The Product Manager
work with a cross disciplinary team supporting a digital services
modernization project for a federal government client. This
exciting opportunity is about helping the customer improve ways for
researchers and policy makers to access data sets . The Project
Manager will help define the core product vision, goals,
functionality, and requirements in collaboration with the customer
and project stakeholders, and work with the team to seek innovative
and creative solutions to improve data access for users.Essential
Duties/Responsibilities
- Support development of digital product vision aligned to
digital strategy and business objectives.
- Help define the core product vision, goals, functionality, and
requirements.
- Establish shared vision by building consensus on priorities
leading to product execution.
- Define and manage product roadmaps to realize business goals
and strategies.
- Develop roadmap for products to illustrate vision and plan into
the future.
- Lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, prioritizing,
project execution, and product roll-out strategy.
- Create and maintain feature backlogs and product
documentation.
- Prioritize development activities with engineering teams,
assist in determining the best technical implementation
methods.
- Collaborate with user experience experts, visual designers and
engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature or
product to bring to market.
- Leverage user research and analytics to build and optimize
digital experiences.
- Generate actionable insights from diverse data sources.
Synthesize analysis for audiences of different levels to get buy-in
for tactical and strategic plans.Education and Experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience translating business strategy and
analysis into consumer facing digital products
- 2+ years of experience with Agile development and lean startup
principles
- Proven track record of leading and delivering digital products
and services
- Experience weaving together user benefits, business strategy
and technology into a comprehensive product strategy
- Experience creating a framework for concept exploration,
product prototyping, iteration, and deprecation
- Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to
prioritize and drive decision-making.
- Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a
must, including the ability to process large amounts of data into
actionable information.
- Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product
refinement.
- Experience leading research and applying research insights
throughout the product development process using human centered
design and Design Thinking
- Comfortable using collaboration such as Confluence, Teams,
Slack, and JIRA
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
