Job Description Job Description Assistant Service Manager - HVAC Assistant Service Manager - HVAC Position Overview The Assistant Service Manager - HVAC plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Manager in overseeing the HVAC service operations. The position is responsible for ensuring that service delivery meets quality standards, managing service personnel, and maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient service processes. Key Responsibilities Assist the Service Manager in daily operations of the HVAC service department Coordinate service requests and schedule technicians for timely service delivery Monitor inventory levels of HVAC parts and supplies to ensure availability Provide technical support to service technicians and address customer inquiries Assist in developing and implementing service improvement strategies Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician performance Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all service activities Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HVAC service management or similar role Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Familiarity with commercial HVAC operations is a plus EPA certification is preferred Background in construction or mechanical fields is advantageous Benefits Salary: $110-140k Medical Dental Vision 401k with 4% match PTO Company vehicle or car allowance Health savings account Personal development Continuing education credit Work with a happy crew! - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
