Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role involves operating CNC Swiss machines, ensuring precision and quality in all tasks. Responsibilities Operate a cell of 1-2 CNC SWISS machines. Utilize basic blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications. Conduct minor inspections on parts and perform first piece inspections. Start machines at the beginning of each shift and load raw materials into machines. Mark defective parts when necessary due to visual issues. Perform minor deburring of parts as needed. Identify when tooling needs replacement. Essential Skills 1-2 years of CNC operating experience (lathe or SWISS). Experience in reading blueprints. Proficiency in utilizing quality tools such as calipers and gauges. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the medical or aerospace industry. Previous experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
