Job Description:

technologies. As a Controls Systems Team Leader, you will lead a
team of engineers in designing and implementing smart building
solutions that meet our high standards of excellence. This position
offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a

and enhancing operational efficiency. Supervise and lead a team of
control system engineers and technicians. Ensure all control
systems projects are completed to specification, within an agreed
time frame and budget. Develop project scopes and objectives,
involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation, manage
changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project
performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk
management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain
comprehensive project documentation. Guide and mentor team members
with technical advice and problem resolution. Strong understanding
of control systems engineering and technology. Proficient in
programming PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMI development. Excellent
management and supervisory skills. Strong problem-solving skills
and ability to lead a team under pressure. Ability to work on
multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office
and project management tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification preferred. Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or
similar relevant certification is advantageous.
