Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed
Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a
full-time, onsite contract position from August 2026 through June
2027. This role is based in Springfield, MA, working within an
educational setting to provide essential speech-language services
to diverse student populations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop
individualized treatment plans for students. Deliver bilingual
speech therapy services in English and Spanish, addressing a range
of speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student
progress and inclusion. Maintain accurate records of services,
progress notes, and compliance with district and state regulations.
Participate in meetings and professional development activities as
required. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Massachusetts Speech
Language Pathologist license (active). Experience providing
speech-language services in schools, particularly with bilingual or
ESL populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
tailored for engaging with students, families, and school staff.
Ability to pass background checks, including fingerprinting and
CORI. Reliable transportation with punctual arrival and departure
daily. Commitment to professional conduct, including timely
communication regarding absences or scheduling changes. Location:
