Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time Special Education Teacher position is
available for the school year in a middle school setting in
Springfield, MA. This role focuses on serving students with
significant support needs, including those with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD), through the LINKS program. Key Responsibilities: -
Serve as the teacher of record for a caseload of 6 middle school
students - Provide instructional leadership and implement
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) - Collaborate closely with
paraprofessionals and 1:1 staff members assigned to students -
Support and adapt curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students
with significant disabilities Qualifications: - Valid Massachusetts
Special Education (SPED) teaching license - Experience working with
middle school-aged students preferred - Knowledge of best practices
for students with ASD and other significant support needs - Strong
communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with
support staff and families Position Details: - Location:
